Auction Terms & Conditions
1. Right to Reject or Remove Bids
All bids are subject to verification. The auction host reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, remove, or adjust any bid that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions. This includes bids placed by bots, spam accounts, or users attempting to manipulate the auction.
2. Account Eligibility & Verification
Bidders must use valid and verifiable email addresses and accounts. The auction host may require additional verification prior to accepting bids. Accounts that fail verification or are deemed suspicious may be suspended or banned from the auction without notice.
3. Auction Conduct
By participating, bidders agree to act in good faith. Any attempts to manipulate the bidding process, including but not limited to placing artificially inflated bids, using multiple accounts, or employing automated software, may result in bid removal and account disqualification.
4. Finality of Bids
All accepted bids are considered binding, subject to the host’s right to remove or reject bids in accordance with these Terms. The auction host is not liable for any claims arising from the removal of bids deemed invalid or suspicious.
5. Limitation of Liability
The auction host will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by rejected, canceled, or removed bids, including those placed by users in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
6. Reserve Prices and Minimum/Maximum Bids
The auction host may set reserve prices, minimum bid increments, and bid maximums at its discretion. Bids not meeting these criteria may be rejected or adjusted to comply with the auction rules.
7. Modification of Terms
The auction host reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
8. Winning Bids and Purchase Requirement
Winning bidders must complete payment within 48 hours of winning the auction. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the winning bid, and the item may then be offered to the next highest bidder. The auction host is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by canceled bids.
